The on-site Forum takes place October 22-25, 2006 and the virtual Forum occurs October 23-25, 2006. Note that the registration fee for on-site participation in Cleveland includes access to the Virtual Forum.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received before September 1, 2006 = full refund
Cancellations received before October 1, 2006 = 50% refund
Cancellations received after October 1, 2006 = no refund
